Shipping policy

Every ChillCat nest is made to order and handwoven, so please allow 30–40 days (about 4–6 weeks) from order to your door. Most of that is the hand-weaving and quality checks; the rest is transit.

Cost: $4.99 to the US & Canada, $5.99 international. Import duties or VAT may apply on international orders.

Where we ship: United States, Canada, and 20+ other countries.

Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't moved 5 business days after that, email company@shopchillcat.com and we'll chase it.
