      What size cat is it for?

      The steel-reinforced frame is rated for cats up to 15 lb (7 kg), and the nest measures 40 × 40 cm. If yours is heavier, we'd point you to a floor bed instead — we'd rather tell you now than have it fail later.

      How does it mount?

      It hangs from a woven loop on a single hook, flat to the wall. Press down hard on it once before you let your cat near it — if it doesn't shift, it's set. Drywall anchors work, a stud is better.

      Can I wash the cushion?

      The cushion lifts straight out — hand wash cool, air dry, drop it back in. The woven nest takes a vacuum brush or a damp cloth. Don't soak the weave and don't machine wash it.

      Height. Floor beds sit in the middle of the traffic your cat is trying to avoid. A perch above eye level is where cats settle into deep sleep. Give it a week, and mount it above a dresser or shelf so it's easy to reach.

      How long does shipping take?

      Every nest is handwoven to order, so please allow 30–40 days (about 4–6 weeks) from order to your door — most of that is the weaving and quality checks. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
